Overview
Own quality design and optimization for AI systems as a whole, supporting project success and reliability. Leverage the latest quality assurance methods and testing techniques to enable the development and operation of high-quality AI models and systems.
Responsibilities
- Designing and introducing quality standards and processes for AI projects
- Checking the performance and reliability of machine learning models
- Planning and executing functional, performance, and security testing
- Ensuring data integrity and consistency
- Introducing test automation tools and managing test scripts
- Analyzing test results and preparing quality reports
- Working with development teams and data scientists to drive quality improvement
- Complying with security and compliance requirements based on regulatory standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a QA or test engineer on AI/machine learning projects
- Experience verifying and validating machine learning models
- Experience using test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit)
- Programming skills (Python, Java, C++, etc.)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Understanding of data quality management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate and communicate within a team
Preferred qualifications
- Experience as an AI quality architect
- Experience using MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow)
- Knowledge of data engineering or data science
- Experience using monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Knowledge of security and compliance
- QA experience on large-scale AI projects
- Knowledge of the latest quality assurance techniques

- Salary increase: once a year
- Bonus: once a year (paid separately from salary, based on performance)

- Standard working hours: 8 hours/day, 9:00–18:00

- Health checkup: once a year
- Employees below manager level may work as few as 2–3 days a week (*salary is calculated on a 5-day equivalent basis)
- Stock options available (full-time employees only)
