About MU LABs
Turning technology
into real-world deployment.
MU LAB is a lab-style organization established as our research and development institute. It is officially registered as a national research institute and operates with the mission of achieving both the real-world deployment of AI technology and continued innovation.
As the wellspring of knowledge supporting both client work and our own product development, it fulfills the following three functions.
Serving as the technical core of client work
MU LAB supports the "0-to-1" engineering launch of client projects and is deeply involved in developing critical, technically demanding features. By combining the practicality required in the field with research-grade technology, we deliver solutions that are both advanced and truly workable.
Turning technology into reusable modules
Rather than letting technology and features developed within a project end with a single use, we restructure them into general-purpose modules. This drives the "assetization" of technology, making it reusable across other projects and industries. MU LAB leads this cycle through internal pilot projects.
Investing in our own services
MU LAB allocates 10-20% of internal resources to research and development for our own services, continuously investing dedicated weekly blocks of time (for example, four hours a week). We have built an R&D structure that is not confined to research alone, but is premised on implementation and business application.
