Overview
Leverage the latest AI technologies to lead the design and development of LLMs and our in-house products. This role delivers practical solutions tailored to specific customer challenges.
Responsibilities
- Designing and carrying out R&D and PoC projects
- Building and applying LLM models and generative AI solutions
- Researching the latest technologies and academic papers, and verifying their applicability
- Developing and optimizing machine learning models using Python and PyTorch
- Sharing knowledge and providing technical guidance through team development
Requirements
- Practical experience in machine learning / deep learning
- Knowledge of mathematics such as statistics, calculus, and linear algebra
- Skill operating Python and virtual environments
- Team development experience using Git
- Track record of solving problems using AI technology
- Knowledge and experience with LLMs and natural language processing
Preferred qualifications
- Ability to read papers and hold technical discussions in English
- Experience with large-scale data processing and API development
- Experience with data engineering or MLOps

- Standard working hours: 8 hours/day, 9:00–18:00

- Employees below manager level may work as few as 2–3 days a week (*salary is calculated on a 5-day equivalent basis)
