Overview
A role that contributes to corporate strategy through research and development of advanced AI technologies, including LLMs. You will aim for paper presentations at international conferences while also driving their application to our in-house products.
Responsibilities
- Researching technology trends and academic papers, and proposing innovative research themes
- Technical validation and prototype development using LLMs
- Applying research outcomes to our in-house products
- Submitting and presenting papers at international conferences on machine learning and deep learning (NeurIPS, ICLR, etc.)
- Sharing research outcomes with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Knowledge equivalent to a master's degree or higher in computer science or information systems
- Experience with machine learning frameworks using PyTorch
- Programming experience with Python
- Code management skills using Git
- Experience writing papers in the field of AI research
Preferred qualifications
- Specialized knowledge in areas such as computer vision or reinforcement learning
- Experience writing papers and presenting at international conferences in English
- Knowledge of large language models and generative AI
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and distributed systems

- Salary increase: once a year

- Standard working hours: 8 hours/day, 9:00–18:00

- Health checkup: once a year
- Employees below manager level may work as few as 2–3 days a week (*salary is calculated on a 5-day equivalent basis)
