Elith Inc. recently welcomed a professor (Dr.) and about 10 students from Addis Ababa University in Ethiopia for a technical exchange.
This visit was carried out to deepen understanding of trends in AI research, the potential for real-world deployment, and the future shape of international collaboration.
On the day, the professor and students from Addis Ababa University showed great interest in Elith's research, development, and business.
There was lively discussion centered on expert, practical questions spanning both research and implementation, including design trade-offs in multi-agent AI, scaling strategies for AI-driven businesses, and the potential for AI applications in agriculture and healthcare.
Many questions were also raised about GENFLUX, the generative AI quality evaluation platform provided by Elith, and participants showed strong interest in the approach to generative AI quality evaluation and risk management, and in the initiatives that support AI safety and reliability.
At the end of the visit, the guests presented Ethiopian coffee beans as a gift, and alongside the technical discussion there was also cultural exchange, bringing the visit to a close in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Elith will continue to work, through collaboration with universities and research institutions in Japan and abroad, on advancing AI technology that connects research and implementation and on the real-world deployment of safe and trustworthy AI.
