(hereinafter “Coconala Elith”), a joint venture with Coconala Inc. (headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Ayumu Suzuki; Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market: 4176; hereinafter “Coconala”), effective November 1, 2026. Combining Elith’s AI research and development and product development capabilities with Coconala’s corporate customer base and sales capabilities, Coconala Elith will plan, develop and sell AI security products and services that meet the needs of corporate customers.
Coconala Elith’s Initiatives
Coconala Elith will go beyond selling Elith’s existing products. Building on the GENFLUX series of products for safe AI use, the two companies will jointly plan features that corporate customers need and incorporate them into the products. Its initial focus will be on the following two AI security challenges that companies must address to continue using AI in their operations.
- Shadow AI countermeasures: visibility, control and logging of AI use within organizations
- AI quality evaluation: assessing whether AI responses contain errors or information that differs from the facts
