Why did we change our MVV?
Since its founding, Elith has advanced the real-world deployment of AI technology under the banners of "democratizing cyberspace" and "creating a post-human ecosystem." However, in reflecting on our significance as an AI development company, our ideal business model, and our role as a leader in Japan's AI industry, we found that a more realistic and practical set of guiding principles was needed.
While our previous MVV pointed toward a future vision, we aimed to give it a stronger influence on our actual business operations and internal culture. In particular,
- From technology development to co-creative business: a shift from simply providing technology to a style of creating value together with clients
- Building a mechanism for sustained growth: emphasizing dynamic growth as a team, beyond the power of any one individual
- Flexible adaptation to market conditions: making clear our stance of embracing change and taking on challenges without fear, in an era of high uncertainty
For these reasons, we decided to renew our MVV.
The thinking behind the new MVV
In the new MVV, we express more concretely the future that Elith aims for.
- Mission: "To remain a tech company that gathers diverse 'particles' — people, organizations, and technology — and accelerates step by step through dynamic interaction and scattering"
- This reflects that Elith is not a static organization, but an entity that continues to grow as diverse elements fuse and interact.
- Vision: "To amplify energy and generate a 'fusion entity' that transcends the individual — innovation"
- We aim to create greater value by making the most of each individual's abilities while amplifying the organization's collective power.

Elith going forward
With the renewal of its MVV, Elith will accelerate its growth through a more practical approach. As a first step, we have established a new business model.

- Co-creative business: Deploying AI into the real world together with clients to deliver practical value
- IP licensing & revenue share: Generalizing developed technology and rolling it out to many companies
