Elith Inc. (Headquartered in Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Koki Inoue; hereinafter “Elith”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a sales agency agreement with TechMatrix Corporation (Headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Takaharu Yai; hereinafter “TechMatrix”) for “GENFLUX Evaluation,” a generative AI quality evaluation tool, as part of a strategic partnership between the two companies.
Under this agreement, TechMatrix will begin selling “GENFLUX Evaluation” on October 1, 2026. By combining the product developed and provided by Elith with TechMatrix’s expertise cultivated through its software development support services, the two companies will support businesses in evaluating the quality of generative AI systems and operating them safely.
Background of the Agreement
As the use of generative AI in business continues to expand, companies face challenges such as variations in response quality, hallucinations, leakage of confidential information, and inappropriate outputs. Under this agreement, TechMatrix will be responsible for sales, marketing, and user support, while Elith will oversee the development and provision of the product, together supporting the safe and sustainable use of generative AI by businesses.
About GENFLUX Evaluation
“GENFLUX Evaluation” is an AI quality evaluation and operations platform that assesses the response quality, safety, and performance of generative AI, RAG, and AI agents, while also visualizing areas for improvement. In addition to evaluations using standard templates, the platform supports red teaming, evaluation design tailored to specific industries, business processes, and AI use cases, as well as improvement support from experts.
Key Features of GENFLUX Evaluation
- Quality and Safety Evaluation of Generative AI Systems: Provides multifaceted evaluation of response quality and safety for RAG systems, chatbots, and AI agents.
- End-to-End Test Management and Result Visualization: Enables question creation, response collection, evaluation execution, and result visualization within a single environment, including comparisons before and after system changes.
- Risk Assessment Through Red Teaming: Supports the identification of vulnerabilities through attack testing based on scenarios such as prompt injection and “jailbreaking.”
- Customized Evaluation Criteria and Support: Enables evaluation design and system integration that reflect industry-specific terminology, internal policies, and usage scenarios.
Future Outlook
Under this partnership, the two companies will work together around the shared goal of achieving the “safe and trustworthy implementation and operation” of generative AI in businesses. Their initiatives will include product provision, establishing implementation and customization support systems, sharing knowledge and conducting technical validation in the field of AI safety, and joint marketing activities.
The launch of sales for “GENFLUX Evaluation” marks the first initiative under this partnership. By combining the strengths of both companies, Elith and TechMatrix will provide comprehensive support for customers’ use of generative AI, from evaluation design through to operational implementation and adoption.
