Our company has set forth the mission of “remaining a tech company that gathers diverse ‘particles’—people, organizations, and technology—and accelerates step by step through dynamic interaction and scattering,” pursuing both technological innovation and real-world deployment.
Realizing this mission requires co-creating value beyond individual capability, circulating knowledge across organizations and projects, and accelerating flexible, sustainable growth. In particular, amid a rapidly changing technology landscape and the need for co-creation with diverse stakeholders, the need for a clear, shared foundation for judgment and action has grown even greater.
It was against this backdrop that Elith formulated its code of conduct, "Elith Way."
It serves as a “practical compass” for concretely embodying Elith's MVV (Mission / Vision / Value) in day-to-day work, decision-making, and team dialogue.
