Challenges at the time of introduction, and what prompted the consultation
Please tell us about the challenges your company originally faced.
The challenge of introducing new technology
At the outset, we were still in the stage of exploring new businesses and new technologies. Just as RAG was starting to draw attention, and AI agents were becoming a hot topic from around the autumn of last year (2024), we too felt a strong need for AI agents. Because of that, we first wanted to hold an AI training course to raise our employees' awareness of generative AI.
Please tell us what led you to consult with us.
It started with meeting you at a trade show. There, we were struck by the fact that Elith was working on cutting-edge AI agent technology, and by CEO Inoue's business sense. The deciding factor was that Elith's corporate stance of taking on new technologies and innovation matched exactly the kind of partner we were looking for.
What was your impression of actually working together?
We started with a course on AI agents, deepening our understanding of the technology through a hands-on format.
It happened to be right when MCP (Model Context Protocol) was starting to become popular, and awareness of AI was rising within the company as well. Through the AI agent course, our understanding of the latest technology deepened, and awareness of how to apply it spread throughout the company.
You ran four hands-on sessions for us from May 9 to May 30, 2025, and we were able to systematically learn everything from the basic concepts of AI agents, through hands-on work with LangChain and LangGraph, to agent implementation close to real-world practice, and on to applied topics such as MCP and multi-agent collaboration.
What did you think of our proposals and support?
There were no issues at all with the AI course, and it proceeded smoothly. The instructor's explanations were easy to understand, and we are very satisfied with how practical the content was.
Is there anything about our development team's work that particularly stood out to you?
Alongside the AI course, you were also working with us on a separate project supporting restaurants.
This project involved developing an AI agent that analyzes users' dining habits. What particularly stood out here was how Elith's development team handled things. The team had extensive experience developing AI, which gave us a sense of confidence. From the start of the project to now, working with Elith's development team has been smooth and efficient. We were especially impressed by their proactive attitude in solving problems before they became issues.
Please tell us about the results and effects
As a result of the project, what outcomes did you achieve?
The project's main objective was to raise internal awareness of AI.
Just as we originally aimed, understanding of AI technology and awareness of how to apply it rose significantly within the company, and experiencing firsthand that it could be applied to actual business cases was a major gain.
As a result of this course, we have already begun introducing MCP at our company. The knowledge and practical skills gained through the course have translated directly into results.
With the knowledge and technical capability gained through this training, we hope to accelerate digital transformation in our manufacturing and logistics operations and create even higher levels of customer value.
Please share any plans you have for the future
Looking ahead, we hope for further business development through our collaboration with Inoue. We see great potential in the sales strategy and delivery approach he envisions for AI agents. We would also like to cooperate proactively and grow the business together.
